This is true, a blog is useless unless you do have a good page rank, or else even if you do have the best and most amazing article there is if you don't know SEO then the site would not be known. Link building is the pretty most common way that blogger and web master do right now. But it could be a frustrating and tedious task, But also could be adventurous to get some link to you. But if you continue to do this and you might be on the top of the food chain one day.
